COVID-19 Information
Coronavirus, or COVID-19, is a respiratory illness that is highly contagious. It is spread through droplets from an infected person's cough or sneeze. The droplets do not travel far, which is why it is critical that people continue to social distance and shelter in place to prevent the spread. Symptoms of the virus include: dry cough, fever, shortness of breath, sore throat, muscle aches, loss of smell and taste, and headache. However, those who are infected can be asymptomatic.

Cards for Healthcare Workers
Because we can not deliver in-person cards, This Side Up has been sending virtual cards to hospital workers to use as their desktop/screensaver. If you'd like to send a card, please submit a photo of your card below!
